HOTEL ROOM CANCELATION

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. 14 days before your arrival your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance of your booking. Up to 14 days before your arrival, cancellations are permitted, however, your booking deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations or modifications with less than 14 days notice, no refund will be granted.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION CHANGES

Request changes to your reservation by emailing info@thehotelfireIslandpines.com. We accept changes to your booking (including length of stay, type of room or number of rooms, etc.) up to 14 days before your arrival at no charge. Any changes are subject to availability. Please note: there are minimum stay requirements for certain Summer weekends and Holiday and Special Event periods. If your arrival date is less than 14 days in the future, changes will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.

HOTEL POLICIES

Only registered guests are allowed in any Hotel room at any given time. With the exception of our Standard Rooms, located on the ground floor Garden level, with a maximum occupancy of two people, all other Hotel room types have a maximum occupancy of four people. Any additional non-registered guests, under or over room capacity, will be asked to leave and the reservation card holder is subject to a $250 penalty fee. 

There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in hotel rooms. Similarly, violators are subject to a $250 penalty fine.

Reservations are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Simply put, you cannot give or sell your reservation to another person. If you do, they will be asked to leave the HOTEL immediately and the reservation holder is subject to a $250 penalty fee.

Please don’t leave your AC running when not in the room to enjoy it. The rooms will cool off quickly upon your return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer daily housekeeping services at this time.

We offer a complimentary beach and pool towel at the Front Office for registered hotel guests. Please use one for the duration of your stay. There is a $35 fee for a lost or unreturned towel. We have hairdryers and iron/ironing boards at the Front Desk for guest use.

The Pines Gym is open everyday from 9am to 7pm and our Pool is open everyday from Noon to 6pm. Both facilities are free of charge for registered hotel guests.

Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11am. Sorry, no late checkouts.
