HOTEL ROOM CANCELATION

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. 14 days before your arrival your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance of your booking. Up to 14 days before your arrival, cancellations are permitted, however, your booking deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations or modifications with less than 14 days notice, no refund will be granted.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION CHANGES

Request changes to your reservation by emailing info@thehotelfireIslandpines.com. We accept changes to your booking (including length of stay, type of room or number of rooms, etc.) up to 14 days before your arrival at no charge. Any changes are subject to availability. Please note: there are minimum stay requirements for certain Summer weekends. If your arrival date is less than 14 days in the future, changes will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.

HOTEL POLICIES

Reservations are NON-TRANSFERABLE

There is absolutely NO SMOKING in hotel rooms. If you smoke in the room, we’ll charge your credit card on file a $250 penalty fee.

We offer a complimentary beach towel and bag check for registered hotel guests only. Any additional non-registered guests over room capacity will be subject to a $250 penalty fee. Similarly, loss of beach towel will result in a fee.

The Pines Gym will be open and is free of charge for registered hotel guests.

The Pool will be open and is free of charge for registered hotel guests.
